Wil jij een sleutelrol spelen binnen internationale logistieke processen? Als Administratief Medewerker Douane zorg je ervoor dat alle goederenstromen administratief correct en volgens de geldende regelgeving worden verwerkt. Je komt terecht in een dynamische internationale omgeving waarin nauwkeurigheid, samenwerking en klantgerichtheid centraal staan.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Hier draag je bij aan een vlotte import- en exportwerking van de organisatie.

  • Je staat in voor het voorbereiden, verwerken en opvolgen van alle douaneprocedures voor internationale goederenstromen.
  • Je maakt de vereiste documenten op voor invoer- en uitvoertransacties, waaronder zendingen van en naar het Verenigd Koninkrijk en containertransporten.
  • Je bent een intern aanspreekpunt voor vragen rond douanewetgeving en ondersteunt collega's met advies en expertise.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met externe instanties zoals de douane, het FAVV en andere bevoegde autoriteiten.
  • Je verzorgt de verplichte prenotificaties voor exporten naar het Verenigd Koninkrijk van producten van dierlijke oorsprong.
  • Je volgt wijzigingen in regelgeving op en zorgt ervoor dat processen gelijk aan geldende voorschriften verlopen.

Je hebt interesse in internationale handel en voelt je thuis in een administratieve functie waar precisie essentieel is.

  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een bacheloropleiding binnen logistiek, supply chain of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Ervaring met douanewerkzaamheden is een belangrijke troef.
  • Kennis van CAS of andere douanesoftware is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig naar internationale handel en volgt de evoluties binnen de douanewetgeving graag op.
  • Nieuwe procedures, wetgevingen of uitdagingen zie je als een kans om bij te leren.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met de courante MS Office-toepassingen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels; extra talenkennis vormt een meerwaarde.
  • Ervaring met SAP of een ander ERP-systeem is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je bent klantgericht, flexibel en collegiaal ingesteld.
  • Ook tijdens drukke periodes blijf je gestructureerd en kwaliteitsbewust werken.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid op en handelt steeds met de nodige zorgvuldigheid.
