Ben jij analytisch sterk, nauwkeurig en heb je ervaring met schadeclaims en aansprakelijkheid? Voor GLS in Utrecht zijn wij per direct op zoek naar een fulltime administratief medewerker. Je komt te werken binnen een professioneel finance team en krijgt een belangrijke rol in het beoordelen en afhandelen van schadeclaims. Wat ga je doen? Als Claims & Damages Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beoordelen en afhandelen van zendingen gerelateerde schadeclaims. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Beoordelen van aansprakelijkheid bij schadeclaims - Afhandelen van claims met betrekking tot transportschade - Behandelen van bezwaren tegen afwijzingen en de hoogte van schade-uitkeringen in eerste aanleg - Communiceren met interne en externe stakeholders over claims - Ondersteunen bij overige administratieve en financiële werkzaamheden binnen het team Over de organisatie GLS Netherlands is een toonaangevende logistieke dienstverlener met een sterke focus op kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid. Je komt te werken op het hoofdkantoor in Utrecht, binnen een finance team van 10 collega's. Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag tijdens kantooruren.
