Voor een klant regio Wingene , een groeiende en dynamische West-Vlaamse KMO in de voedingssector, zijn we op zoek naar een Administratief Bediende met oog voor detail en een hands-on mentaliteit.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als administratief bediende sta je in voor een kwaliteitsvolle dienstverlening die vele aspecten van de business ondersteunt en rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de algemeen directeur. Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met jouw collega's en krijgt een breed takenpakket met veel afwisseling.

  • Je ondersteunt de supply chain, voornamelijk door het verzorgen van bestellingen van grondstoffen en het onderhouden van contact met leveranciers.
  • Daarnaast beheer je alle data, waaronder het nauwkeurig bijhouden van voorraden van zowel interne als externe leveranciers.
  • Je zorgt voor het beheer van menu's en recepturen op een overzichtelijke, ordelijke en efficiënte manier, zodat de productie altijd vlot kan verlopen.
  • Waar nodig spring je bij met allerhande administratieve taken ter ondersteuning van de productie.
  • Je onderhoudt professionele en vlotte contacten met klanten, zowel telefonisch als per mail.
  • Tot slot denk je kritisch na over de bestaande processen en stel je pro-actief verbeteringen voor die je vervolgens zelf helpt implementeren.

Opleiding & ervaring:

  • Minimum bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Bij voorkeur relevante werkervaring, al zijn schoolverlaters met de juiste opleiding en persoonlijkheid niet uitgesloten
  • Je bent vertrouwd met een KMO-omgeving en kan omgaan met dagelijkse urgenties naast de vertrouwde taken
  • Kennis van de voedingssector is een plus

Talenkennis:

  • Perfecte beheersing van het Nederlands is een must
  • Engels en Frans zijn meer dan een plus

  • Je werkt zelfstandig én bent een teamspayer met hands-on mentaliteit
  • Optimistisch en leergierig van natuur
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichtheid
  • Je werkt proactief en oplossingsgericht
  • Stressbestendig en je kan gemakkelijk prioriteiten stellen
  • Oog voor detail én voor de bredere business context
  • Je beheerst MS Office zeer goed en hebt mogelijks kennis van andere IT-vaardigheden in een administratieve omgeving
