Als administratief medewerker werk je samen met de administrateur aan de financiële administratie en financiële beheersing van één of meerdere projecten binnen Trebbe. Jij houdt het overzicht in de details, zodat anderen daar niet meer naar hoeven om te kijken. Dit ga jij doen als financieel administratief medewerker Facturen die kloppen Je controleert, scant en verwerkt de inkoopfacturen in ons ERP-systeem. Je zet facturen juist uit in onze digitale workflow en verzorgt tijdige crediteurenbetalingen. Je levert de juiste input aan voor verschillende rapportages en verwerkt de reacties erop. Waarom jij? Naast al die vaardigheden en competenties beschik je over een afgeronde mbo-opleiding, aangevuld met enige werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie. Bij Trebbe werken we met Microsoft Business Central; kennis en ervaring met dit systeem is niet noodzakelijk maar zeker een sterke pre.
