The posting

Voor een Belgische pionier in op maat gemaakte schuifbare glazen wandsystemen voor terrassen, balkons en poolhouses is Konvert op zoek naar een Administratief medewerker en planning (binnendienst).

Als administratief medewerker met focus op planning en werkvoorbereiding ben je een cruciale schakel binnen het team. Je zorgt ervoor dat elk project – van offerte tot oplevering – vlot, correct en tijdig verloopt. Je werkt nauw samen met de afdelingen sales, productie en projectleiding, en hebt frequent contact met klanten en leveranciers.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Opstellen en opvolgen van de interne en externe planning van projecten;
  • Invoeren en beheren van projecten in ons ERP-systeem;
  • Verzenden van orderbevestigingen en bewaken van leveringen;
  • Administratieve aansturing van de productie;
  • Coördineren van de communicatie tussen afdelingen én met externe partijen zoals leveranciers en klanten;
  • Afstemmen met klanten over levermomenten, werfplanning en deadlines;
  • Verantwoordelijkheid over alle naservice: opvolging en organisatie van serviceaanvragen, zowel richting klant als intern;
  • Ondersteunen van de projectleiding met technische documenten.

Pluspunt: ervaring of kennis van CAD-systemen is een voordeel. Je ondersteunt hiermee de technische voorbereiding en kan plannen of schetsen beoordelen en aanpassen waar nodig.

  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en houdt van structuur.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent administratief onderlegd.
  • Je hebt minimum 2 jaar ervaring in in een administratieve of planningsrol
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en bent communicatief vaardig.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar bent ook een echte teamplayer.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels. Een basiskennis Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring in een productie- of bouwomgeving is een extra troef.
  • Kennis van ERP-systemen en CAD-programma's (zoals AutoCAD of SolidWorks) is een plus.
