The posting

Als Administratief medewerker externe betrekkingen bij het ministerie van Economische Zaken ondersteun je bij de voorbereiding van werkbezoeken, evenementen en optredens van bewindspersonen. Jij zorgt dat planningen, informatie en logistiek tot in de puntjes geregeld zijn, zodat de politieke en ambtelijke top goed voorbereid aan tafel verschijnt.

Jouw taken:

• Uitnodigingen verwerken in verschillende systemen en controleren of gegevens volledig zijn en aansluiten bij de portefeuilles van bewindspersonen. • Planningen coördineren en deadlines bewaken voor communicatieadviseurs en beleidsadviseurs, zodat verzoeken tijdig worden opgepakt. • Logistieke documenten en informatiemappen samenstellen met alle benodigde informatie voor werkbezoeken, evenementen en optredens. • Contact onderhouden met collega's, organisaties en andere betrokken partijen rondom voorbereidingen. • Ondersteunen bij de organisatie, uitvoering en begeleiding van werkbezoeken van de politieke en ambtelijke top. • Signaleren van knelpunten en proactief bijdragen aan een soepel verloop van processen.

Je werkt minimaal 32 en maximaal 36 uur per week. Je start op 1 december en gaat naar verwachting aan de slag tot eind maart 2026. Vrijdag is een vaste werkdag waarop je samen met collega's op kantoor werkt. Je werkt minimaal twee dagen per week op kantoor in Den Haag, waarbij er voor de overige dagen ruimte is voor flexibiliteit en hybride werken in overleg.

Functie-eisen: Als administratief medewerker houd je van afwisseling en voel je je prettig in een omgeving waarin prioriteiten snel kunnen veranderen. Je behoudt overzicht, schakelt snel tussen verschillende werkzaamheden en werkt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband.

Verder heb jij:

• Minimaal mbo 4 werk- en denkniveau. • Goede kennis van Word, Excel en Outlook. • Uitstekende schriftelijke en mondelinge vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels. • Affiniteit met plannen, organiseren en administratieve processen.
