Jij zorgt ervoor dat administratieve processen soepel verlopen, ondersteunt collega's en klanten en houdt overzicht, zelfs wanneer het druk is. Afhankelijk van de opdrachtgever werk je binnen een administratieve afdeling, commerciële binnendienst, customer service afdeling of backofficeomgeving. Wij werken samen met diverse organisaties binnen Noordoost-Brabant. Daarom kijken we samen welke functie, branche en werkomgeving het beste bij jouw ervaring en wensen aansluiten. Wat je gaat doen: - Verwerken en beheren van administratieve gegevens en dossiers. - Onderhouden van contact met klanten, leveranciers en collega's. - Verwerken van orders, aanvragen, documenten en correspondentie. - Beheren van mailboxen en telefoonverkeer. - Plannen en coördineren van afspraken en werkzaamheden. - Ondersteunen van commerciële en administratieve processen. - Signaleren van knelpunten en meedenken over verbeteringen.
