Als Administratief Medewerker ben je de onmisbare spil in het web die onze monteurs in de dagelijkse operatie volledig ontzorgt en administratief ondersteunt. Je bent het vaste, vriendelijke aanspreekpunt voor al hun administratieve vragen en zorgt er proactief voor dat randzaken zoals certificeringen en voorraadbeheer vlijmscherp worden bijgehouden. Met jouw scherpe blik op kwaliteit faciliteer je de onboarding van nieuwe experts, plan je audits in en bewaak je de standaarden op afstand, waardoor onze buitendienst met een gerust hart op pad kan. Wat ga je doen - Beantwoorden van uiteenlopende administratieve vragen van onze monteurs via telefoon en mail; - Monitoren en accuraat afboeken van de technische voorraden; - Controleren en registeren van verplichte certificaten van de experts in het veld; - Facilitering bieden bij de onboarding van nieuwe zelfstandige specialisten; - Inplannen en coördineren van kwaliteitsaudits; - Waarborgen van de algehele kwaliteit en administratieve richtlijnen binnen het netwerk. Dit zien we graag in jou Jouw communicatieve vaardigheden zijn simpelweg on point en je weet mensen met jouw enthousiasme makkelijk te overtuigen. Je bent van nature nieuwsgierig, proactief en je hebt het talent om snel logische verbanden te leggen in een dynamische omgeving.
