De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Administratief Medewerker:

  • Eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en leveranciers bij telefonische vragen, pannes en administratieve aanvragen
  • Professioneel behandelen van inkomende oproepen en deze doorsturen naar de juiste interne dienst
  • Administratieve opvolging van uitgevoerde interventies en opdrachten
  • Controleren, vervolledigen en verwerken van werkbonnen
  • Correct koppelen van werkbonnen aan uitgevoerde werkzaamheden
  • Opvolgen van dossiers en informeren van klanten en techniekers over de voortgang
  • Aanmaken van vervolgopdrachten waar nodig
  • Verwerken van facturatie en administratieve rapportering
  • Nauw samenwerken met collega's van planning en service
  • Dagelijks klanten verder helpen in zowel het Nederlands als het Frans

  • Voldoende logisch inzicht om ontbrekende informatie te verzamelen en dossiers correct af te werken
  • Oplossingsgericht ingesteld en sterk in het bewaren van overzicht
  • Teamspeler die collega's graag ondersteunt waar nodig
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en Frans
  • Ervaring binnen administratie, customer service of planning is een mooie troef
