Jobomschrijving

Als Administratief Medewerker Facturatie ben je verantwoordelijk voor een aantal eigen dossiers en regio's. Je verwerkt niet alleen facturen, maar zorgt ervoor dat het volledige administratieve proces correct en tijdig verloopt.

Concreet zal je:

  • Een groot volume aan facturen verwerken en controleren
  • Je eigen klanten- en administratieve dossiers opvolgen
  • Afwijkingen of administratieve problemen tijdig signaleren en oplossen
  • Contact onderhouden met interne collega's en klanten
  • Verschillende administratieve taken combineren en prioriteiten bewaken
  • Deadlines opvolgen en ervoor zorgen dat dossiers volledig en correct worden afgewerkt
  • Actief meedenken over een efficiënte opvolging van jouw dossiers

Je krijgt uitgebreide werkinstructies en een persoonlijke opleiding. Er wordt voldoende tijd voorzien om de processen en systemen onder de knie te krijgen, maar op termijn wordt verwacht dat je jouw dossiers zelfstandig beheert.

Voor deze functie zoeken we vooral iemand die administratieve/facturatie ervaring combineert met snelheid en verantwoordelijkheidszin.

  • Je hebt reeds relevante administratieve werkervaring
  • Je bent vlot met de computer en leert nieuwe systemen snel aan
  • Bij voorkeur kan je al goed overweg met excel
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands
  • Je kan je schriftelijk uitdrukken in het Frans; perfect tweetalig zijn is niet noodzakelijk
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, ook wanneer het werkvolume hoog ligt
  • Je kan verschillende dossiers tegelijkertijd beheren en prioriteiten stellen
  • Je bent voldoende assertief om zaken zelf op te nemen en op te volgen
  • Je bent sociaal en professioneel in contact met collega's en klanten
  • Deadlines en een stevig werktempo schrikken je niet af
