Jouw impact op correcte douaneflows

Als Administratief Bediende Douane ben je mee verantwoordelijk voor de volledige douanedocumentatie binnen een internationale goederenstroom. Je rapporteert aan de backoffice teamleader en werkt nauw samen met interne afdelingen, douane, FAVV en havenautoriteiten.

  • Je volgt klantendossiers van A tot Z op en bewaakt een correcte administratieve afhandeling.
  • Je zorgt voor de opmaak en verwerking van douanedocumenten en andere administratieve documenten.
  • Je behandelt onder meer de in- en uitklaring van goederen van en naar het Verenigd Koninkrijk.
  • Je maakt douanedocumenten op voor containers en volgt de bijhorende formaliteiten nauwkeurig op.
  • Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor interne afdelingen en adviseert waar nodig over douanematerie.
  • Je onderhoudt professioneel contact met douane, FAVV en andere havenautoriteiten.
  • Je verzorgt prenotificaties voor goederen richting het Verenigd Koninkrijk, onder meer bij producten van dierlijke oorsprong.
  • Je waakt mee over compliance en helpt ervoor zorgen dat processen aansluiten bij actuele verplichtingen.
  • Je denkt actief mee over efficiëntere, duidelijkere en beter geautomatiseerde administratieve flows.

Herken jij jezelf hierin?

Je bent iemand die graag nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en verantwoordelijk werkt. Je houdt ervan om dossiers correct af te werken, maar denkt tegelijk graag mee over hoe processen slimmer en duidelijker kunnen.

  • Je behaalde bij voorkeur een bachelor in logistiek management of hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt interesse in douane, internationale goederenstromen en administratieve regelgeving.
  • Kennis van douane en ervaring met CAS of andere douanesoftware is een sterke plus.
  • Je bent bereid om op de hoogte te blijven van nieuwe douaneverplichtingen.
  • Je denkt graag mee over procesverbetering en automatisatie.
  • Je werkt administratief sterk, nauwgezet en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je kan vlot werken met MS Office.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels; extra talenkennis is mooi meegenomen.
  • Ervaring met SAP of een ander ERP-pakket is een pluspunt.
  • Je blijft rustig wanneer dossiers snel moeten schakelen en behoudt overzicht.
  • Je communiceert servicegericht, helder en professioneel.
  • Je handelt met verantwoordelijkheidszin en bewaakt de kwaliteit van je werk.
