Jij duikt erin, zoekt uit waar het misgaat en zorgt ervoor dat het wordt opgelost. Als Administratief medewerker Goederenbewegingen (Fieldservice) ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen de administratie, de voorraad en de collega's in het veld. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid en oplossingsgerichte aanpak weten je collega's precies waar ze aan toe zijn en kunnen zij hun werk bij de klant goed doen. Kortom: een afwisselende administratieve functie waarin je niet alleen achter je computer zit, maar ook volop contact hebt met collega's. Wat ga je doen? Je houdt je bezig met alles wat ervoor zorgt dat de goederenbewegingen administratief goed verlopen. Geen dag is precies hetzelfde. Je: - controleert voorraden en onderzoekt afwijkingen; - verwerkt correcties in SAP; - hebt regelmatig contact met collega's van de buitendienst; - beantwoordt vragen en helpt collega's verder; - verwerkt en controleert gegevens in verschillende systemen; - signaleert waar processen beter of slimmer kunnen; - zorgt ervoor dat de administratie altijd netjes en actueel is. Je hoeft dus niet alles al te weten. Als jij nauwkeurig werkt, goed kunt analyseren en graag uitzoekt hoe iets zit, leren wij je de rest.
