Als Administratief Medewerker Financiën draag je bij aan het soepel laten verlopen van de dagelijkse financiële processen. Je zorgt ervoor dat de administratie accuraat en up-to-date is, zodat het management altijd beschikt over betrouwbare cijfers. In deze rol werk je gestructureerd en nauwkeurig, en ben je niet bang om afwijkingen te signaleren en op te lossen. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar ook in nauwe samenwerking met je collega's binnen het team. Wat je gaat doen: - Bijhouden en verwerken van de financiële administratie: je zorgt ervoor dat alle gegevens correct worden ingevoerd en bijgewerkt; - Inboeken en controleren van inkomende facturen: je controleert facturen op juistheid en verwerkt deze in het systeem; - Opstellen en bijhouden van overzichten voor het management; - Ondersteunen bij overige administratieve taken: je helpt mee met diverse werkzaamheden om het team te ontlasten. Wat heb je nodig? Ben jij cijfermatig sterk, nauwkeurig en enthousiast over financiële administratie? Wij zoeken een teamspeler met oog voor detail en een proactieve instelling. - MBO 4-diploma in een relevante richting; - Affiniteit met financiële administratie en cijfers; - Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd kunnen werken; - Zelfstandig én in teamverband kunnen functioneren; - Proactieve en praktische werkhouding.
