Administratief Medewerker Gebruikte Wagens Van een geïmporteerde auto correct aanmelden tot een occasion die compleet online staat: jij zorgt dat het achter de schermen klopt. Binnen onze afdeling Gebruikte Wagens gaat dagelijks een groot aantal auto's door verschillende administratieve processen. Auto's worden ingekocht en geïmporteerd, moeten worden opgenomen in onze voorraad en uiteindelijk correct online worden aangeboden. Daar komt behoorlijk wat administratie bij kijken. Als Administratief Medewerker Gebruikte Wagens zorg jij ervoor dat deze processen van begin tot eind goed verlopen. Je houdt overzicht, werkt nauwkeurig en zorgt dat collega's kunnen vertrouwen op een actuele en kloppende administratie. Dit vind je leuk om te doen Een belangrijk onderdeel van jouw functie is het complete importproces van gebruikte auto's. Je verzorgt de administratieve afhandeling van importauto's, onderhoudt contact met de RDW en Belastingdienst en regelt onder andere de BPM aangifte. Je bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt ervoor dat alle benodigde stappen correct worden doorlopen voordat een auto aan onze voorraad kan worden toegevoegd. Daarnaast beheer je onze gebruikte auto's in de online portal. Je verwerkt de voorraad, zorgt dat informatie compleet en actueel is en maakt advertenties op waarmee onze occasions online worden aangeboden. Ook ondersteun je het inkoopproces door inkoopfacturen te verwerken en de voorraadadministratie bij te houden. Profiel Administratief Medewerker Gebruikte Wagens - Je beschikt over minimaal MBO werk en denkniveau; - Je bent administratief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd; - Je kunt goed overzicht houden over verschillende processen en dossiers; - Je pakt werkzaamheden zelfstandig op en denkt proactief mee; - Je bent handig met verschillende digitale systemen; - Affiniteit met auto's en de automotive branche is een pré; - Ervaring met voertuigimport, BPM aangiftes of voorraadadministratie is mooi...
