Heb je een passie voor administratie en de juridische sector? Dan is de functie van administratief medewerker bij een gerechtsdeurwaarder in Antwerpen misschien wel iets voor jou! In deze rol speel je een cruciale rol in het bijhouden en opvolgen van juridische dossiers en help je klanten verder aan het loket.

Een typische werkdag begint met het verwelkomen van mensen aan het loket alsook telefonisch, waar je hen op een vriendelijke en professionele manier mensen verder helpt. Je maakt en volgt toevertrouwde dossiers op, voert opzoekingen uit om ervoor te zorgen dat elk dossier up-to-date blijft, en stelt aanmaningsbrieven en andere juridische documenten op. Daarnaast onderhandel je afbetalingsplannen en zorg je voor een goede opvolging van deze betalingen. Ook het behandelen van binnenkomende briefwisseling en betwistingen, en het opvolgen van telefoon- en mailverkeer behoren tot jouw takenpakket.
