Hey nieuwe collega,

Di Nitto Hasselt, officiële merkverdeler van onder andere MG, KGM & Suzuki, is op zoek naar versterking op kantoor. Hou jij graag alles netjes op orde, van facturen tot schadedossiers? Dan ben jij waarschijnlijk de administratief bediende die we zoeken!

Een greep uit je takenpakket?

  • Je boekt facturen in en neemt kleine boekhoudkundige handelingen voor je rekening
  • Je beheert onze schadedossiers van aangifte tot afhandeling, in contact met verzekeraars, experten en klanten
  • Je plaatst bestellingen (kantoormateriaal en ander benodigdheden) en houdt de voorraad in het oog
  • Je plant de trainingen van je collega's in bij onze merken en volgt de inschrijvingen op

Wij werken met vijf merken, elk met hun eigen procedures, systemen en garantiepakketten. Het is dan ook heel belangrijk dat je nauwkeurig en gestructureerd kan werken en dat je dossiers netjes opgevolgd blijven. Daarnaast vinden we volgende punten ook erg belangrijk:

  • Je bent een teamplayer en kan zelfstandig werken
  • Je hebt een goed gevoel voor cijfers en werkt graag met structuur
  • Je communiceert vlot, zowel aan de telefoon als per mail, en hebt oog voor de wensen van de klant
  • Je bent leergierig en kan snel overweg met nieuwe software

Verder dien je in het bezit te zijn van een diploma secundair onderwijs of hoger, bij voorkeur in een administratieve of boekhoudkundige richting. Extra punten scoor je als je al ervaring hebt met boekhouding of met het beheer van schadedossiers. Ervaring in de autosector (kenners weten hoe fijn dat is) is ook zeker mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
