The posting

De ene keer regel je een contract, de volgende keer vraag je een account aan of plan je een intakegesprek. Als administratief medewerker HR bij de Justitiële ICT Organisatie (JIO) is geen dag hetzelfde. Jij zorgt dat alles rondom de inhuur van externe medewerkers goed verloopt. Zo kunnen nieuwe collega's snel en goed voorbereid aan de slag.

Je werkt bij de inhuurdesk van de afdeling Personeel en Organisatie (P&O). Samen met een andere administratief medewerker zorg je dat geen belangrijke actie blijft liggen. Je hebt veel contact met managers, leveranciers en andere betrokkenen. Dankzij jouw overzicht en nauwkeurigheid loopt de administratie op rolletjes.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

• Je stelt contracten op, verwerkt deze en houdt met controlelijsten bij welke acties nog openstaan. • Je start procedures voor een Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG) en verwerkt de benodigde gegevens. • Je vraagt accounts aan, verwerkt wijzigingen en sluit accounts af. • Je registreert werkzaamheden in SharePoint en houdt informatie actueel. • Je plant intakegesprekken en stemt afspraken af met managers en andere betrokkenen. • Je ondersteunt bij andere administratieve werkzaamheden rondom de inhuur van externe medewerkers.

Je werkt 24 tot 32 uur per week in Gouda, bij voorkeur van maandag tot en met donderdag. Andere werkdagen zijn bespreekbaar. Tijdens je inwerkperiode ben je op vrijdag vrij. Je start zo snel mogelijk voor een periode van 6 maanden, met kans op verlenging.

Functie-eisen: Jij houdt het overzicht, ook als er meerdere taken tegelijk lopen. Je werkt nauwkeurig, kunt goed zelfstandig aan de slag en zoekt de samenwerking op wanneer dat nodig is. Je schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende werkzaamheden en gaat zorgvuldig om met persoonsgegevens.

Verder heb je:

• Een afgeronde administratieve opleiding op minimaal mbo-2-niveau. • Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie als administratief medewerker. • Bij voorkeur minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring binnen
