Voor onze opdrachtgever in Den Haag zoeken wij een administratief medewerker huuradministratie die zorgt voor een correcte verwerking van contracten, betalingen en administratieve mutaties. Je komt direct in dienst bij de opdrachtgever en werkt binnen een stabiele organisatie met aandacht voor de lange termijn. Daar staat een salaris tot € 4.500 bruto per maand tegenover, gratis lunch op kantoor en een uitgebreid inwerkprogramma. Interesse? Manpower is op zoek naar een medewerker huuradministratie voor een werkgever in Den Haag.

Let op! In deze functie werk je volledig op kantoor, vijf dagen per week.

Als medewerker huuradministratie ben jij samen met jouw collega’s verantwoordelijk voor de volledige huuradministratie van een vastgoedportefeuille. Je werkt nauw samen met een ervaren collega en ondersteunt het team zodat de bezetting ook tijdens vakanties en drukke periodes op peil blijft.

Jouw rol bestaat met name uit veel financiële administratie, voornamelijk van stook- en service kosten. Dat betekent dat je veel met cijfermatig werk bezig bent, zowel met de hand op papier als in Microsoft Excel. Je bent onder andere verantwoordelijk voor het:

- Verwerken van huurcontracten, mutaties en opzeggingen in het vastgoedmanagementsysteem

- Uitvoeren van maandelijkse prolongaties en facturatie

- Verwerken en controleren van huurontvangsten en huurachterstanden

- Ondersteunen bij periodieke huurverhogingen

- Verzorgen van afrekeningen van servicekosten

- Onderhouden van contact met externe vastgoedbeheerders

- Aanleveren van rapportages en managementinformatie

Dit krijg je

- Brutosalaris tussen € 3.500 en € 4.500 per maand

- Direct in dienst bij de opdrachtgever

- Werkweek van 31 tot 38,75 uur

- Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,23 per kilometer tot maximaal 20 kilometer enkele
