In deze functie combineer je technische interesse met administratieve ondersteuning binnen HVAC-projecten. Je werkt mee van voorbereiding tot oplevering en zorgt ervoor dat elektriciteits- en regeltechnische installaties vlot en correct verlopen. Dit vanuit regio Buggenhout.

De functie inhoud Wat deze job als Administratief medewerker inhoudt:

  • Meewerken aan de werfvoorbereiding van HVAC-projecten
  • Ondersteunen bij engineering, conceptkeuzes en technische optimalisaties
  • Selecteren en bestellen van materialen
  • Uitvoeren van kabelberekeningen en prijsvergelijkingen
  • Voorstellen en opvolgen van technische fiches en elektrische schema’s
  • Zorgen voor een correcte opvolging tijdens de uitvoering van de werken
  • Afstemmen met techniekers, leveranciers, klanten en onderaannemers
  • Voorbereiden en ondersteunen van opstart en inregeling van installaties
  • Meewerken aan het as-built dossier en de technische afwerking van projecten
