- Administratief medewerker inkomensverzekeringen Wij zijn op zoek naar een administratief medewerker inkomensverzekeringen. Kom jij het team Pensioen en Inkomen versterken? Binnen een leuk team ben jij de schakel tussen de adviseurs, onze relaties en de verzekeraars. Je taken bestaan onder andere uit de volgende werkzaamheden: - administratief verwerken van polissen, nieuwe verzekeringsaanvragen en mutatieverzoeken voor inkomensverzekeringen, denk aan ziekteverzuimverzekering, WIA-verzekeringen en arbeidsongeschiktheidsverzekeringen; - het onderhouden van telefonisch - en mailcontact met onze relaties, de adviseurs en verzekeraars; - tijdige en correcte afhandeling van de werkzaamheden; - zelfstandig opstellen, beoordelen en bespreken van offertes met relaties wanneer je in het bezit bent van de benodigde diploma's; - kennis van het automatiseringssysteem ANVA is een pré Het betreft een administratieve functie waarin wij op zoek zijn naar een collega die de nodige kennis en ervaring heeft of zich wil verdiepen in inkomensverzekeringen. Wij helpen jou hiermee middels opleidingen en het behalen van de benodigde Wft-diploma's. Ook staan je collega's klaar voor een goede begeleiding en zorgen wij met elkaar voor de optimale klantbeleving, typisch Tinke. Mocht je nog geen ervaring hebben in het verzekeringswezen, maar beschik je over een gezonde dosis inlevingsvermogen, ben je van nature klantvriendelijk, houdt je van humor op de werkvloer, ben je nauwkeurig en communicatief vaardig en wil je leren, kom dan ook met ons in contact!
