Functiebeschrijving Jouw uitdaging als administratief medewerker inkoop Voor onze dynamische Inkoopafdeling zijn wij, wegens interne doorstroom, op zoek naar administratieve versterking. Als administratief medewerker inkoop bied je ondersteuning op de inkoopactiviteiten door orders te plaatsen en documenten die betrekking hebben op het inkoop proces voor te bereiden en te controleren. Ook heb je contact met leveranciers om ervoor te zorgen dat afgesproken levertijden gehaald worden. De communicatie met de leveranciers gaat voornamelijk via de e-mail, maar jij bent ook niet bang om de telefoon op te pakken. Een probleem met een levering? Geen probleem voor jou, jij gaat bellen om dit op te lossen! Kortom: jij bent iemand die de touwtjes graag in handen heeft en zichzelf goed staande weet te houden in alle hectiek.
