Je ondersteunt collega's administratief, bewaakt processen en helpt bij het optimaal gebruik van SAP. Wat we je bieden - Een gelijkwaardig bruto uurloon van €27,18 - Een tijdelijk contract met kans op verlenging. - Een werkweek van 32-38 uur (parttime/fulltime). - pensioenopbouw vanaf je 1e werkdag - Een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% direct uitgekeerd bij je loon - Kilometervergoeding van €0,23 per km of OV-vergoeding. - Toegang tot trainingen via de online RGF Academy. - Werken voor één van de grootste werkgevers van Nederland. - Een functie met maatschappelijke impact. - Afwisselende werkzaamheden binnen een professionele organisatie. - Werken met moderne systemen en processen Functie-eisen - HBO werk- en denkniveau. - Ervaring in een administratieve functie. - Affiniteit met inkoop en administratieve processen. - Goede digitale vaardigheden. - Ervaring met SAP is een sterke pré. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden. - Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en klantgericht. Over het bedrijf Je komt terecht bij het Bureau Inkoop en Contractmanagement Ondersteuning (BICO), onderdeel van het Defensie Ondersteuningscommando (DOSCO). DOSCO ondersteunt de gehele Defensieorganisatie op gebieden zoals logistiek, catering, beveiliging, gezondheidszorg, vastgoed en personeelsdiensten. Vanuit jouw rol ondersteun je de inkoop- en contractmanagementactiviteiten die nodig zijn om deze dienstverlening mogelijk te maken. Zo lever je een directe bijdrage aan een goed functionerende Defensieorganisatie....
