Dagelijks worden verse producten geleverd aan klanten in binnen- en buitenland. Om dit goed te laten verlopen, werken afdelingen zoals logistiek, administratie, inkoop en sales intensief met elkaar samen. Binnen de organisatie wordt veel geschakeld met klanten, leveranciers en transportpartners. De werksfeer is informeel en energiek en door het internationale karakter ligt het tempo hoog. Hierdoor krijg je snel verantwoordelijkheid en leer je verschillende onderdelen van de dagelijkse operatie kennen. Jouw werkzaamheden Als Administratief Medewerker zorg jij ervoor dat administratieve en logistieke processen goed op elkaar aansluiten. Je verwerkt gegevens en documenten, ondersteunt collega's bij uiteenlopende werkzaamheden en houdt overzicht over verschillende lopende processen. Daarnaast heb je regelmatig contact met interne en externe betrokkenen. Je ontvangt partners, ondersteunt hen rondom inkomende en uitgaande zendingen en zorgt ervoor dat de benodigde documentatie correct wordt verwerkt. Door deze combinatie krijg je een brede functie waarin administratie, communicatie en logistiek samenkomen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Je fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor partners en helpt hen bij uiteenlopende vragen; - Je onderhoudt de communicatie met interne afdelingen en externe stakeholders; - Je ontvangt betrokken partijen en ondersteunt hen rondom inkomende en uitgaande goederenstromen; - Je begeleidt logistieke werkzaamheden en zorgt voor de juiste vrachtdocumentatie; - Je controleert administratieve documenten en past deze aan wanneer correcties nodig zijn; - Je herkent afwijkingen binnen logistieke processen...
