Wie ben jij - Je hebt een MBO-diploma op zak. - Je hebt al ervaring met administratie, bij voorkeur in de zorg of bij een gemeente. - Je werkt heel precies en je vindt het leuk om met computers te werken. - Heb je al ervaring met het Wizportaal? Dat is mooi meegenomen! - Je bent 3 dagen per week gezellig aanwezig op ons kantoor in Wissenkerke.

Wat ga je doen Jij bent een hele belangrijke hulp voor ons team! Dankzij jouw nauwkeurige werk hebben de jeugdconsulenten altijd de juiste gegevens.

- Je voert nieuwe aanvragen en gegevens netjes in het computer systeem in. - Je controleert of alle dossiers compleet zijn en niks mist. - Je helpt collega's als zij vragen hebben over het Wizportaal. - Je geeft vragen of problemen in het systeem door aan de beheerders. - Je verwerkt de nieuwste afspraken uit de regio in onze documenten.

Waar ga je werken Je gaat aan de slag bij de gemeente Noord-Beveland op het gemeentehuis in Wissenkerke. Je komt te werken bij de afdeling Bedrijfsvoering en Sociaal Domein.

Je werkt samen met een klein en heel vriendelijk team. In ons team zitten procescoördinatoren en jeugdconsulenten. De sfeer is gezellig, informeel en we helpen elkaar graag. Omdat we veel samenwerken, ben je 3 dagen per week echt aanwezig op ons mooie kantoor in Wissenkerke!
