Werk jij graag nauwkeurig en houd je ervan om alles administratief tot in de puntjes te regelen? Vanaf januari 2027 zijn we voor onze opdrachtgever in Den Haag op zoek naar een Administratief medewerker voor 32 uur per week.

Wat ga je doen? Als Administratief Medewerker zorg je ervoor dat verkochte orders correct worden verwerkt en dat alle informatie volledig en juist wordt vastgelegd. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van Sales en Projectmanagement en hebt regelmatig contact met klanten. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Verwerken en inboeken van orders in het systeem op basis van aangeleverde verkoopinformatie; - Controleren van orders op volledigheid, haalbaarheid en eventuele contractuele aandachtspunten; - Afstemmen van wijzigingen met de Sales-afdeling en verwerken van aanpassingen in de administratie; - Opstellen en versturen van opdrachtbevestigingen naar klanten. Vastleggen en archiveren van afspraken, contracten en andere relevante documentatie; - Onderhouden van contact met klanten over orderbevestigingen en gemaakte afspraken; - Zorgen voor een correcte overdracht van informatie naar interne afdelingen.

Daarnaast betreft dit een functie van 32 uur per week, verdeeld over maandag tot en met vrijdag binnen reguliere kantoortijden. Je start in januari 2027 en gaat aan de slag voor een periode van 6 maanden.

Wat bieden wij? - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.257 en € 4.466 op basis van 40 uur per week; - Een tijdelijke opdracht met als startdatum het liefst zo snel mogelijk tot en met juli 2027, het gaat om een functie van 32 uur per week; - 25 vakantiedagen en 8,33% vakantietoeslag; - Bonus van 6% bovenop het jaarsalaris; - Reiskostenvergoeding; - Een uitgebreide inwerkperiode met overlap samen met de huidige medewerker; - De mogelijkheid om deels vanuit huis te werken,
