In deze afwisselende functie zorg jij er samen met het hoofd Magazijn & Expeditie, de planner en onze heftruckchauffeurs voor dat alles rondom transport en expeditie soepel verloopt. Van de planning tot het moment dat de vrachtwagen weer de deur uit rijdt, Jij houdt het overzicht en zorgt dat alles op rolletjes loopt!

Je verzorgt de ontvangst- en expeditieplanning en zorgt ervoor dat onze chauffeurs en vrachtwagens zo efficiënt mogelijk worden ingezet. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze eigen heftruckchauffeurs én externe chauffeurs en hebt gedurende de dag veel contact met hen. Met behulp van onze planningssoftware houd je de routes goed in de gaten en weet je precies wat er speelt.

Ook bewaak je de lever-, laad- en lostijden en zorg je ervoor dat de bijbehorende documentatie en aan te leveren goederen op tijd en compleet zijn. Je schakelt snel, houdt van aanpakken en vindt het leuk om ervoor te zorgen dat alles goed geregeld is.

Het gaat om een tijdelijke functie tot ongeveer september. Een mooie kans om in korte tijd echt het verschil te maken!

- Mbo werk- en denkniveau - Ervaring in een soortgelijke functie - Je bent accuraat, stressbestendig en beschikt over goede organisatorische eigenschappen - Je hebt goede topografische kennis - Je bent een echte teamspeler die ook zelfstandig kan werken
