Als Administratief Medewerker Kwaliteit maak je deel uit van een dynamische kwaliteitsafdeling waar je mee instaat voor de administratieve opvolging van kwaliteitsprocessen, systeemtesten en verbeterprojecten. Je werkt samen met verschillende afdelingen en helpt actief mee aan de verdere optimalisatie en digitalisering van de organisatie.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of relevante ervaring binnen kwaliteit, administratie of procesopvolging.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je hebt interesse in software, systemen en digitale processen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met MS Office en leert nieuwe systemen snel aan.

Functieomschrijving

  • Je staat in voor het testen en valideren van softwaresystemen en geautomatiseerde processen.
  • Je werkt mee aan de opmaak, uitvoering en opvolging van validatieprotocollen in samenwerking met een externe partner.
  • Je overlegt regelmatig met verschillende interne afdelingen zoals IT, productie, planning, aankoop en technische dienst.
  • Je volgt CAPA's (Corrective and Preventive Actions) op en ondersteunt verbeter- en optimalisatietrajecten.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan digitaliseringsprojecten en procesverbeteringen binnen de organisatie.
  • Naarmate je meer ervaring opbouwt binnen de organisatie, krijg je de kans om bijkomende verantwoordelijkheden op te nemen binnen Quality Assurance.
