Je komt terecht bij een internationale organisatie binnen de life sciences die analytische testen en diensten aanbiedt om producten en onze leefomgeving veiliger, gezonder en duurzamer te maken. De Belgische afdeling Voeding, Diervoeder en Water Testen voert laboratoriumonderzoek en consultancy uit rond voeding, dierenvoeding en water.

Jobomschrijving

Ben jij klantgericht én sterk in administratie? Werk je nauwkeurig met analyseresultaten en rapporten? Wil jij een belangrijke schakel vormen tussen klanten en een laboratorium?

Als Administratief bediende Labo ben je de verbindende factor tussen het labo en de klant. Je zorgt ervoor dat analyseresultaten correct worden verwerkt en dat klanten tijdig duidelijke rapporten ontvangen.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Analyseresultaten uit het systeem halen en controleren op volledigheid en juistheid.
  • Gegevens verwerken tot duidelijke rapporten voor klanten.
  • Klanten professioneel en klantgericht te woord staan via e-mail en telefoon.
  • Positieve stalen opvolgen, inclusief de nodige meldingsplicht en rapportering volgens de geldende procedures.
  • Klanten verder helpen met vragen over monsternames, analyseresultaten en rapportering.
  • Kritisch meedenken en anticiperen wanneer dat nodig is.

Je krijgt de nodige opleidingen om je kennis verder uit te bouwen, onder andere rond microbiologische, biologische en chemische analyses van voeding en dierenvoeding.

  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een diploma in een wetenschappelijke richting.
  • Kennis van of affiniteit met microbiologische, biologische en chemische analyses binnen voeding en dierenvoeding is een pluspunt.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel schriftelijk als telefonisch.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en flexibel en kan de juiste prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je bent klantgericht en streeft naar een efficiënte dienstverlening.
  • Je bent kritisch ingesteld en anticipeert waar nodig.
  • Je hebt interesse in laboratoriumresultaten, rapportering en klantenopvolging.
