Voor een financieel gezond en groeiend bedrijf in de regio Wijnegem is MOoN Werving & Selectie op zoek naar een Administratief Medewerker Leveranciersboekhouding. Ben jij iemand die energie haalt uit een correcte administratie, graag contact heeft met leveranciers en houdt van structuur? Dan is deze functie misschien wel jouw volgende stap.

Wat ga je doen?

Als administratief medewerker binnen de leveranciersboekhouding ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen het financiële team. Je zorgt ervoor dat de administratie vlot en correct verloopt en bent het aanspreekpunt voor leveranciers.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Het opvolgen van leveranciersdossiers.
  • Het verwerken en boeken van bankverrichtingen.
  • Het beantwoorden van vragen van leveranciers.
  • Het opmaken van debetnota's.
  • Het controleren en verwerken van creditnota's.
  • Het uitvoeren van diverse administratieve werkzaamheden ter ondersteuning van de afdeling.

Wie ben jij?

Jij bent iemand die nauwkeurig werkt en graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt. Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor werk- en denkniveau.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je communiceert vlot en klantgericht.
  • Je neemt initiatief en werkt zelfstandig, maar bent ook een echte teamspeler.
  • Ervaring met SAP is mooi meegenomen.
  • Ervaring binnen een boekhoudkundige of financiële administratie is een plus, maar zeker geen vereiste.
