Als Administratief Medewerker Logistiek bij DACHSER in Zevenaar werk je op de chauffeursbalie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat chauffeurs snel worden geholpen en dat transport- en zendinggegevens correct worden verwerkt. Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse logistieke operatie met een goede administratie. Je controleert informatie, verwerkt orders en zorgt dat de juiste documenten beschikbaar zijn. Daarbij heb je veel contact met chauffeurs en collega's van het warehouse en de planning. "Jij helpt chauffeurs snel op weg en zorgt dat iedere zending administratief klopt. Werkzaamheden Je werkt op de chauffeursbalie en bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt binnen de logistieke operatie. Je zorgt dat de administratieve verwerking van zendingen goed en op tijd gebeurt. - Ontvangen en professioneel te woord staan van chauffeurs. - Verwerken en controleren van transport- en zendinggegevens. - Invoeren en controleren van orders. - Voorbereiden van transport- en douanedocumenten. - Ondersteunen van de dagelijkse logistieke administratie. - Afstemmen met collega's van het warehouse en de planning. Werktijden Je werkt 14 tot 16 uur per week , van 15:00 tot 19:30 uur . Deze functie is daardoor goed te combineren met bijvoorbeeld een studie, andere baan of andere verplichtingen.
