De functie inhoud Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit als administratief medewerker?

  • Je verwelkomt chauffeurs en begeleidt ze vlot bij hun aankomst op de site
  • Transportdocumenten zoals WMS-orders en CMR’s correct opstellen en verwerken
  • Het verkeer op de site stroomlijnen zodat inkomend en uitgaand transport soepel verloopt
  • Administratieve opvolging van de weegbrug verzorgen
  • Regelmatig afstemmen met interne diensten zoals planning, order entry en logistiek
  • Zorgen dat de dagelijkse logistieke processen efficiënt en overzichtelijk verlopen
