Wat ga je doen Als Administratief Medewerker Logistiek zorg je dat alle administratie rondom de logsitiek klopt. Je helpt collega's en klanten aan de juiste informatie. Dit zijn je belangrijkste taken: Orders verwerken: Invoeren, controleren en verwerken van binnenkomende en uitgaande orders in het systeem Documenten opstellen: Klaarmaken van alle benodigde (transport)documenten, zoals vrachtbrieven (CMR’s), pakbonnen, laadlijsten Facturatie: Controleren van transportfacturen en het voorbereiden van de administratie voor financiele administratie Klantcontacten: Het beantwoorden van vragen van klanten (zowel telefonisch als per mail)
