Werk je graag met cijfers, breng je met plezier structuur aan en wil je een belangrijke rol spelen achter de schermen van een internationale luchtvrachtorganisatie? Voor de vestiging van onze klant op Brucargo, gespecialiseerd in luchtvracht en freight forwarding, zoeken we een Administratief Medewerker Logistiek die het expeditieteam ondersteunt met een nauwkeurige en vlotte administratie.

In de wereld van luchtvracht telt elke minuut. Achter elke zending die de expediteurs succesvol afronden, zit een administratie die tot in de puntjes klopt. Jij zorgt ervoor dat facturen, betalingen en dossiers correct verwerkt worden, zodat je collega's zich volledig kunnen focussen op hun operationele werk. Je werkt dagelijks met facturen uit de hele wereld, in verschillende munteenheden, en staat in contact met collega's, klanten en leveranciers. Een functie met veel afwisseling, flexibele werkuren en een internationale logistieke context.

Heb je al een eerste ervaring in een administratieve of boekhoudkundige functie? Mooi meegenomen. Ben je starter met een sterke interesse in cijfers en logistiek? Dan ben je evengoed van harte welkom.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Leveranciersfacturen en binnenkomende betalingen controleren en registreren
  • Uitgaande betalingen verwerken, ook wanneer het snel moet gaan
  • De kosten in operationele expeditiedossiers nakijken op juistheid
  • Klanten- en leveranciersrekeningen opvolgen en controleren
  • Werken met internationale facturen in verschillende munteenheden
  • Dagelijks schakelen met collega's, leveranciers en klanten via e-mail en telefoon
  • Nauw samenwerken met het hoofdkantoor in Antwerpen, onder meer met de afdelingen boekhouding en facilities
  • Klantencodes aanmaken en meewerken aan de maandafsluitingen
  • Diverse andere administratieve taken opnemen die het team vooruithelpen
  • Een bachelordiploma in een administratieve richting is een troef, maar je motivatie en nauwkeurigheid wegen minstens even zwaar
  • Een eerste ervaring in een administratieve of boekhoudkundige functie, bij voorkeur binnen logistiek, transport of expeditie, is een plus
  • Je werkt graag met cijfers en hebt een scherp oog voor fouten
  • Je werkt accuraat en ordelijk en weet prioriteiten te stellen, ook op drukke dagen
  • Je bent servicegericht, zowel naar klanten als naar je eigen collega's en andere afdelingen
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer, maar werkt ook graag zelfstandig
  • Je staat open voor verschillende culturen en werkt graag met uiteenlopende mensen
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans en kan je goed behelpen in het Engels
  • Je bent handig met Microsoft Office en voelt je echt thuis in Excel
  • Je woont in de regio en beschikt over eigen vervoer, want Brucargo is niet altijd even makkelijk bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer
