Als administratief medewerker douane bij DHL Express op Schiphol werk je midden in de internationale goederenstroom ✈. Je zit in een hecht customs-team waar je stap voor stap wordt ingewerkt in douaneprocessen en systemen. Je dagen bestaan uit het verwerken van douanedocumenten, het controleren van dossiers en het afstemmen met collega's in een 24/7-omgeving. Je werkt in diensten (dag/avond/nacht), waarbij je veel samenwerkt met je team en duidelijke processen volgt. Klantcontact is minimaal en vooral via e-mail; je focust je vooral op nauwkeurige administratie en goede dossiervorming . Wat je gaat doen: - Je stelt douane- en vervoersdocumenten op volgens de geldende regels. - Je controleert aangiftes en dossiers, corrigeert fouten en vult ontbrekende gegevens aan. - Je verwerkt gegevens nauwkeurig in de douanesystemen en andere administratieve systemen. - Je stemt dagelijks af met je customs-collega's over werkverdeling, bijzonderheden en deadlines. - Je signaleert afwijkingen of onvolledige informatie en draagt bij aan een soepel douaneproces.
