- Administratief medewerker logistiek direct contract S Administratief medewerker logistiek direct contract Staffice - Amsterdam - Staffice - 03 oktober 2026 Functieomschrijving Administratief Medewerker Logistiek Als Distributie Support Coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van de dagelijkse distributieactiviteiten in het magazijn. Je start je werkdag om 08:45 uur met het controleren van de inkomende en uitgaande goederenstromen en verwerkt deze administratief in het systeem. Gedurende de dag verzamel en verpak je orders, verwerk je retourzendingen en houd je nauwkeurig toezicht op de voorraad. Om 17:45 uur sluit je de werkdag af in een schoon, georganiseerd magazijn waar alle logistieke processen volgens de richtlijnen zijn verlopen. Het betreft een functie op basis van Werving & Selectie: je treedt direct in dienst bij onze opdrachtgever ! Werkzaamheden - Beheren van de dagelijkse distributie- en magazijnactiviteiten - Ontvangen en controleren van inkomende goederen en materialen conform de voorschriften - Verwerken en documenteren van retouren en materiaalstromen - Voeren van voorraadcontroles en tijdig signaleren van afwijkingen - Invoeren van ontvangst-, retour- en voorraadgegevens in het systeem - Contact onderhouden met leveranciers en de magazijnmanager over afvalverwerking - Schoon, ordelijk en veilig houden van de magazijnomgeving conform de kwaliteitsnormen Wij zoeken - Aantoonbare werkervaring in een logistieke of magazijnomgeving - Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en schrift - Ervaring met computerwerkzaamheden en administratieve verwerking - Sterk oog voor detail - Kennis van gevaarlijke stoffen of een Dangerous Goods certificaat is een pre Wij bieden - Direct een contract bij de opdrachtgever met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.100,- en € 3.300,- op basis van kennis en ervaring - Vaste werktijden van 08:45 uur tot ...
