Dan kan deze functie binnen de logistieke sector iets voor jou zijn. Voor een specialist in diepvriestransport in Oostkamp zoeken we een Administratief Medewerker Logistiek. Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse logistieke werking en zorgt ervoor dat alle administratieve processen correct en tijdig verwerkt worden. Wat ga je doen? Als administratieve spil binnen het logistieke proces zorg je ervoor dat de gegevensstroom achter de schermen vlot verloopt. Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Verwerken van alle magazijnbewegingen in het systeem.
  • Registreren en opvolgen van bestellingen, retours en schadedossiers.
  • Klanten professioneel te woord staan en hun vragen behandelen.
  • Ondersteunen bij de voorbereiding en verwerking van facturatie.
  • Controleren van gegevens en waken over een correcte administratie.

Dankzij jouw nauwkeurige aanpak kunnen klanten en collega's rekenen op correcte informatie en een vlotte dienstverlening. Wie zoeken we?

  • Je beschikt over een opleiding of ervaring binnen administratie.
  • Ervaring binnen logistiek of transport is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt geen probleem met administratieve opvolging en terugkerende taken.
  • Je communiceert vlot met klanten en collega's.
  • Je spreekt uitstekend Nederlands en hebt een basiskennis Frans en Engels.
  • Je werkt vlot met computers en administratieve systemen.
  • Je beschikt over eigen vervoer naar Oostkamp.
