Ervaring met Power BI is een flinke plus - Je schakelt makkelijk tussen het operationele team en het management - Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels - Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en houdt het overzicht, ook als het druk is Jouw nieuwe baan Als Administratief medewerker Magazijn ben jij de spil achter de schermen van het onderdelenmagazijn. Je zorgt dat planning, cijfers en afspraken kloppen, bouwt dashboards in Power BI en zorgt dat acties uit overleggen ook echt worden opgepakt. Zo help je het magazijn elke dag een stukje beter te draaien. In het onderdelenmagazijn draait alles om snelheid en betrouwbaarheid. Jij zorgt dat de organisatie daarachter strak geregeld is. Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse, wekelijkse en maandelijkse planning en maakt de KPI-dashboards die elke ochtend in de start-up meeting op tafel liggen. Zie je afwijkingen in de cijfers? Dan signaleer je die op tijd en denk je mee over verbeteringen. Daarnaast bereid je overleggen voor, stel je de agenda op, notuleer je en bewaak je dat actiepunten op tijd worden opgevolgd.
