Job Description Administratief medewerker marketing In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve afhandeling van de mediaorders en het maken/versturen van mediaorders. En heb je contact met onder meer de interne mediabureaus, de aansprekende klanten én natuurlijk met exploitanten en leveranciers. - Je beheert en administreert budgetten binnen verschillende social-mediakanalen, waardoor adverteerders eenvoudig hun campagnes zelf kunnen in te zetten op deze kanalen; - Je ondersteunt de interne labels op administratief vlak en help je de afdeling Finance om mogelijk ontstane verschillen te duiden en op te lossen; - Je controleert budgetten van klanten binnen de diverse social-mediakanalen en helpt bij de periodieke (kwartaal/jaar)-afronding van deze budgetten; - Je pakt in overleg met je social-mediacollega's eventuele vragen van klanten op en zorg je dat alle aanvragen snel en foutloos verwerkt worden.
