Voor ons filiaal in Wormerveer zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste kandidaat voor de functie van: Administratief medewerker / medewerker klantcontact Wat ga je doen? Meyra helpt mensen om zelfredzaam te zijn door het leveren en onderhouden van een revalidatiemiddel (elektrische) rolstoel, scootmobiel). Jij bent hierbij heel belangrijk doordat je: - Mensen telefonisch helpt die vragen hebben over de levering van een revalidatiemiddel. - Mensen telefonisch helpt die een probleem hebben met hun revalidatiemiddel door uit te vragen wat het probleem is en het (al dan niet met spoed) inplannen van de monteur die dit probleem gaat verhelpen. - Servicebonnen, offertes en facturen aanmaakt in het systeem. Wie zoeken wij? - Je hebt minimaal MBO 3 werk- en denkniveau. - Je hebt ervaring in een administratieve functie of als verkoop binnendienst. - Mensen helpen doe je graag en je kan hierbij begrip opbrengen voor hun situatie maar houdt hierbij ook in de gaten wat haalbaar is. - Jij kan rustig blijven aan de telefoon, duidelijk uitvragen wat het probleem is en rustig uitleggen wat er gaat gebeuren. - Ben je daarnaast accuraat en kun je goed het overzicht behouden?
