Wat ga je doen?

  • Je zal diverse administratieve taken uitvoeren t.b.v. de verschillende subdisciplines van de ambulante nefrologie (consultatie, hemo- en peritoneaaldialyse), en dit zowel front- als backoffice.
  • Op de consultatie ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de patiënten en onthaalt hen op een hartelijke en professionele manier.
  • Je plant vervolgafspraken in voor patiënten zowel aan het onthaal als telefonisch.
  • Je weet van aanpakken bij een heel aantal administratieve taken zoals de voorbereiding van de consultatie, telefonie, postverwerking, opsturen van onderzoeksresultaten, het afhandelen van interne en externe correspondentie en ga zo maar door,…
  • Kortom, is het jouw taak bij de totale verwerking en afwerking van de patiëntgebonden administratie en het algemeen secretariaatswerk van de dienst
  • Elke dag is anders, ook dagelijkse ad-hoc taken weet je correct af te handelen.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je behaalde een bachelor diploma health care management, een diploma in een administratieve (medische) richting of hebt gelijkwaardige competenties door ervaring.
  • Je bezit voldoende kennis medische terminologie.
  • Je bent patiëntvriendelijk en communicatief.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, gestructureerd en nauwkeurig.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en kan oplossingsgericht werken.
  • Jn multitasken ben je sterk.
  • Je bent computervaardig met een zeer goede kennis van MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Je houdt van werken in een medische omgeving én in een multidisciplinair team.
  • Je hebt basiskennis Frans en Engels
