Ben jij administratief sterk, gebeten door de bouwsector en wil je doorgroeien naar een functie als Calculator? Voor een stabiele firma in de bouwsector zoeken we een Administratief Medewerker met een concreet groeitraject richting calculator.

In deze functie start je als administratieve spilfiguur op de voorbereidingsafdeling. Je leert de dossiers, prijzen en processen van binnenuit kennen. Samen met het team van calculators zorg je voor een vlekkeloze opvolging van projecten, terwijl we jou stap voor stap opleiden om door te groeien naar Calculator, indien dit jouw ambitie zou zijn.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je voert nieuwe projectgegevens in het centrale beheersysteem in en houdt dossiers continu up-to-date en overzichtelijk.
  • Je vraagt marktconforme offertes op bij leveranciers en onderaannemers en stelt heldere prijsvergelijkingen op voor de calculators.
  • Je verzorgt de administratieve opvolging van projecten en externe onderzoeken.
  • Je verwerkt aanpassingen en extra werkzaamheden tijdens de realisatiefase ter ondersteuning van de interne prijsbepaling.
  • Onder begeleiding van ervaren collega's neem je stapsgewijs complexere analytische taken over, met als doel zelfstandig calculaties of prijsanalyses uit te voeren.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands. Een woordje Frans of Engels is mooi meegenomen maar geen must.
  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring in een administratieve rol binnen de bouwsector of in een technische functie zoals calculator, werkvoorbereider, aankoper,...
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, communicatief en hebt een goed technisch inzicht.
  • Je werkt graag procesmatig en bent digitaalvaardig.
