Als administratief medewerker vorm je een belangrijke schakel in de ondersteuning van onze dossierbeheerders en juristen. Je takenpakket is gevarieerd en kan, afhankelijk van je ervaring en interesses, verder worden uitgebreid.

Je staat onder meer in voor:

  • het opstarten en administratief voorbereiden van dossiers;
  • het verzamelen en verwerken van de nodige gegevens en documenten;
  • het uitvoeren van courante administratieve en juridische opzoekingen;
  • het voorbereiden en opvolgen van aanvragen en documenten bij verschillende overheidsdiensten;
  • het onderhouden van contacten met cliënten, administraties en andere betrokken partijen, zowel telefonisch als per e-mail;
  • het opvolgen van de agenda’s en afspraken van de dossierbeheerders en notarissen;
  • het bewaken van termijnen en het mee opvolgen van de administratieve voortgang van dossiers;
  • het verzorgen van algemene administratieve ondersteuning van de juristen en notariële juristen;
  • het beantwoorden en doorschakelen van telefonische oproepen en, waar nodig, het onthalen van cliënten.

Je krijgt de mogelijkheid om gaandeweg meer kennis van het notariaat op te bouwen en je takenpakket verder uit te breiden, bijvoorbeeld met meer inhoudelijke ondersteuning bij de voorbereiding van akten en dossiers of met bepaalde post-akteformaliteiten.

Je profiel

  • Je bent nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en zelfstandig, maar werkt ook graag samen in een team.
  • Je hebt een vlotte en professionele communicatie, zowel telefonisch als schriftelijk.
  • Je houdt ervan om verschillende taken tegelijk op te volgen.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van de courante informaticatoepassingen (Outlook, Word, Excel, …) en staat open om nieuwe software en systemen aan te leren.
  • Je bent leergierig en hebt interesse in een juridische en administratieve werkomgeving.
  • Een juridische opleiding of ervaring in het notariaat, een advocatenkantoor, vastgoedsector, bank- of verzekeringssector is een pluspunt, maar geen absolute vereiste.
  • Je bent discreet en gaat zorgvuldig om met vertrouwelijke informatie.
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk en voelt je goed in contacten met cliënten en professionele partners.
