Onze klant is op zoek naar een Technisch Administratief Coördinator Offertes die een sleutelrol speelt tussen klanten, projectleiders en operationele teams. In deze functie zorg je ervoor dat offerteaanvragen correct worden geanalyseerd, uitgewerkt en opgevolgd, zodat klanten kunnen rekenen op een professionele en efficiënte dienstverlening.

Onze klant is een internationale en toonaangevende speler actief binnen testing, inspectie, certificering en technische dienstverlening. Vanuit verschillende gespecialiseerde afdelingen ondersteunen zij bedrijven en organisaties bij complexe projecten binnen de bouw- en infrastructuursector. Dankzij hun sterke expertise, innovatieve aanpak en focus op kwaliteit genieten zij een uitstekende reputatie in de markt. Ter versterking van het team zijn zij momenteel op zoek naar een administratief sterke professional met interesse in een technische omgeving.

Omschrijving

  • Beheren en opvolgen van binnenkomende offerteaanvragen.
  • Opmaken van correcte en competitieve prijsvoorstellen op basis van klantbehoeften.
  • Contact opnemen met klanten om bijkomende technische informatie te verzamelen.
  • Actief opvolgen van uitgestuurde offertes en commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Administratieve voorbereiding en ondersteuning van aanbestedingen en tenders.
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte en correcte informatiestroom tussen klanten, projectleiders en operationele teams.
  • Opbouwen van duurzame relaties met klanten binnen de bouw- en infrastructuursector.
  • Waken over de kwaliteit en volledigheid van alle administratieve dossiers.
  • Beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of relevante administratieve ervaring.
  • Heeft affiniteit met techniek, engineering of de bouwsector.
  • Werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en detailgericht.
  • Communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans.
  • Durft gerichte vragen te stellen om technische aanvragen correct te analyseren.
  • Denkt analytisch en oplossingsgericht.
  • Is klantgericht en voelt zich comfortabel in contacten met externe stakeholders.
  • Kan zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert eveneens goed binnen een teamomgeving.
