Voor een groeiende organisatie actief binnen een technische omgeving zijn we op zoek naar een Administratief Medewerker Offertes (m/v/x).

In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je administratieve nauwkeurigheid met klantencontact en een gezonde interesse in techniek.

Je komt terecht in een professionele omgeving waar samenwerking, kwaliteit en een correcte opvolging centraal staan.

Jouw functie

Als Administratief Medewerker Offertes ondersteun je het commerciële en operationele proces van A tot Z. Je zorgt ervoor dat aanvragen correct worden verwerkt en dat offertes tijdig en nauwkeurig bij de klant terechtkomen.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Beheren en opvolgen van inkomende offerteaanvragen;
  • Opmaken en administratief verwerken van offertes en prijsvoorstellen;
  • Contact opnemen met klanten om ontbrekende informatie te verzamelen;
  • Opvolgen van uitgestuurde offertes en klantvragen;
  • Administratieve ondersteuning bieden bij aanbestedingen en tenders;
  • Informatie verzamelen en afstemmen met interne collega's;
  • Zorgen voor een correcte informatiedoorstroming tussen klanten en verschillende interne afdelingen;
  • Onderhouden van professionele klantencontacten.

Jouw profiel

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die nauwkeurig en zelfstandig werkt en graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt over zijn of haar dossiers.

Je herkent jezelf in volgende eigenschappen:

  • Je hebt een bacheloropleiding of relevante administratieve ervaring;
  • Je hebt interesse in een technische omgeving; kennis van de bouwsector is een pluspunt;
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en kan informatie snel verwerken;
  • Je durft klanten gericht te bevragen om de nodige informatie te verzamelen;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail;
  • Je bent klantgericht en communicatief sterk;
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een team;
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Frans.
