In deze rol ben jij de schakel tussen de klant en het serviceteam. Jij zorgt ervoor dat meldingen en storingen snel en correct worden geregistreerd, dat het team goed wordt ondersteund en dat klanten altijd duidelijk en tijdig geïnformeerd worden. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurige en georganiseerde manier van werken, verloopt het werkproces efficiënt en worden problemen snel opgelost.

Wat ga je doen? • • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en collega's bij meldingen en storingen. • Je verwerkt binnenkomende meldingen nauwkeurig in het systeem en houdt hierbij het overzicht. • Je ondersteunt bij de planning van service- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden, zodat alles soepel verloopt. • Je onderhoudt contact met opdrachtgevers om hen te informeren over de voortgang van hun melding of vraag. • Je signaleert knelpunten en draagt actief bij aan het verbeteren van processen.

Functie-eisen: Wat breng jij mee? • • Een gestructureerde en nauwkeurige manier van werken, met oog voor detail. • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling. • Vermogen om procesmatig te denken en meldingen efficiënt af te handelen. • Klantgerichtheid en een proactieve houding: je denkt mee en neemt initiatief. • Affiniteit met administratieve en planningstaken binnen een servicegerichte omgeving.
