Je komt dan te werken in een enthousiast en hecht team waar je je kunt ontwikkelen. Centrum Zorg en Welzijn ondersteunt ouderen om zo lang mogelijk op een prettige manier zelfstandig thuis te blijven wonen. We bieden ondersteuning op het gebied van begeleiding en huishoudelijke hulp vanuit de Wet Maatschappelijke ondersteuning (WMO). Als administratief medewerker heb je contact met onze cliënten. Klantvriendelijkheid en begrip is daarom essentieel. Je staat stevig in je schoenen, je hebt mensenkennis en je staat open voor feedback. Verbinding maken gaat je natuurlijk af en je hebt een duidelijke communicatiestijl. Je bent meestal het eerste contact met de cliënt. Tijdens de telefonische intake geef je aan wat de cliënt van ons mag verwachten en welke werkzaamheden wij uit handen gaan nemen. Heeft de cliënt vragen, dan ben jij de persoon waar ze aan gesteld kunnen worden. Ook is het belangrijk dat wij een goed beeld hebben van de woonsituatie, zodat wij de zorg zo goed mogelijk aan kunnen laten sluiten op de wensen en behoefte van de cliënt. Natuurlijk zorg je daarnaast dat alles goed wordt vastgelegd in ons systeem en dat alle documenten voorhanden zijn. En ook als de zorg eenmaal is opgestart, blijf je aanspreekpunt voor onze cliënten als er vragen zijn.
