Als administratief medewerker onthaal en permanentie gezinszorg GECO ondersteun je, in samenwerking met de coördinatoren gezinszorg van Familiehulp regio Brussel, de organisatie van de best mogelijke zorg voor onze klanten in het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest.

Jouw opdrachten:

  • Verzorgen van de telefonische permanentie ( intern/extern).
  • Telefonisch inschatten van de zorgvragen.
  • Beheren van de planningen van verzorgenden en huishoudhulpen actief in de zorgteams van het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest.
  • Administratieve ondersteuning van de coördinatoren thuiszorg voor het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest.

1. Wat betreft de tewerkstelling

  • Dit contract valt onder het GECO-statuut, dat werkzoekenden zonder huidige tewerkstelling een kans biedt. Medewerkers tewerkgesteld onder het GECO-statuut genieten van dezelfde loon-en arbeidsvoorwaarden als collega's in een regulier statuut.
  • Aan deze tewerkstelling zijn de volgende voorwaarden verbonden: Je behaalde een A2 diploma en Je bent gedomicilieerd in het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewesten Je voldoet aan de tewerkstellingscriteria GECO die je terug kan vinden op de website van Actiris.

2. Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een A2 diploma.
  • Je bent een teamspeler en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je kan goed plannen en werkt klant- en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en communicatief vaardig.
  • Je bent flexibel en schakelt vlot schakelen tussen opdrachten.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands (mondeling en schriftelijk) en een goede kennis van het Frans (mondeling).
  • Je gaat nauwkeurig en structureel te werk.
  • Je communiceert vlot en vriendelijk.
  • Kennis van het Brusselse zorglandschap is een vereiste.
