Onze opdrachtgever is een bekende naam in de recyclingbranche. Na een fusie van meerdere afvalverwerkingsbedrijven bedienen zij ondertussen een groot deel van Nederland en België van hun service. Zij hebben een mooi wagenpark, veel leuke collega's en meerdere vestigingen door heel Nederland en België. Als medewerker order entry zorg jij ervoor dat de communicatie tussen klanten, leveranciers en collega's soepel verloopt. Je komt terecht in een dynamische werkomgeving waarin samenwerken, klantgerichtheid en een goede dienstverlening centraal staan. Zo ziet jouw werkdag eruit - Als administratief medewerker order entry ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen klanten, leveranciers en collega's. Jij zorgt ervoor dat klantvragen, orders en wijzigingen goed worden verwerkt en bij de juiste persoon terechtkomen. Dankzij jouw communicatie en nauwkeurige manier van werken verloopt de dienstverlening soepel. - Als administratief medewerker neem je de telefoon aan en vraagt goed door om de behoefte van de klant te achterhalen. Waar mogelijk los je de vraag zelf op. Als dat nodig is, stem je af met de teamplanner. - Je verwerkt en verdeelt inkomende en uitgaande commerciële en operationele communicatie. - Je registreert gemaakte afspraken over de dienstverlening zorgvuldig in het systeem. - Je verwerkt vragen van bestaande klanten en leveranciers over de dienstverlening. - Je signaleert problemen in de dienstverlening, routes of datamigratie en koppelt deze terug aan je leidinggevende. - Je zorgt voor een efficiënte en klantgerichte afhandeling van het telefoonverkeer.

Wat valt ‘r te halen? - Een bruto uurloon van € 16,64 tot € 20,24, afhankelijk van ervaring en inschaling, conform schaal D van de CAO BGV. - Een fulltime werkweek van maandag tot en met vrijdag van 09:00 tot 17:30 uur. - Een tijdelijke functie van 6 maanden. - Een afwisselende functie binnen de transport- en logistieke sector. - Persoonlijke begeleiding vanuit Logistic Force.
