Over de organisatie

Voor een modern en innovatief bedrijf in de medische sector regio Kontich kijkt Hays Antwerpen Office Professionals dringend uit naar een nieuwe customer service collega om het team te vervoegen! Zij zijn actief binnen een gespecialiseerd high-level nichesegment en maken voor hun B2B-cliënteel een wereld van verschil. We zoeken vandaag iemand die asap hun team kan vervoegen.

Jouw nieuwe functie

Als customer service medewerker maak je deel uit van een team van 8 collega's. Samen behartigen jullie alle klantenvragen en inkomende bestellingen.

  • Enerzijds sta je in voor het verder helpen en adviseren van klanten, zowel via telefoon als per email. Ook de orderverwerking en -opvolging a-z neem je voor je rekening.
  • Anderzijds sta je ook dagelijks in contact met je salescollega's die de baan op moeten. Ook hen zal je ondersteunen inzake allerhande administratieve taken.

Gezien het grote productgamma zal je de eerste maanden kunnen rekenen op een doorgedreven en kwalitatieve productkennis. Zodra je up & running bent, zal je ook als back-up fungeren voor je teamgenoten. Tot slot sta je ook in voor het luik facturatie en andere ad hoc backoffice taken.

Jouw profiel

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand met een eerste relevante ervaring op zak. Je krijgt een grondige opleiding maar komt in een veelzijdige rol waar je prioriteiten moet kunnen stellen en naar deadlines toe moet werken. Voor deze functie is Hays Antwerpen op zoek naar iemand die vloeiend Nederlands, én Engels spreekt en schrijft. Ook heb je een goede kennis Frans. Daarnaast is het belangrijk dat je goed overweg kan met verschillende IT-toepassingen. Kennis van SAP of CRM zijn een grote meerwaarde! Onze klant zoekt iemand klantgericht, leergierig en hands-on. Ook werk je graag in teamverband, maar aan de andere kant ben je een plantrekker en kan je zelfstandig schakelen. Om het administratieve luik vlot te laten verlopen, is het belangrijk dat je nauwkeurig en gestructureerd te werk gaat. Tot slot ben je stressbestendig, positief ingesteld en ben je niet bang om naar deadlines toe te werken.
