In het kort: Je gaat team Outreach administratief en secretarieel ondersteunen, patiëntendossiers en formulieren beheren, overleggen notuleren, ICT-controles en risicomanagement ondersteunen en als representatief aanspreekpunt optreden voor ketenpartners en patiënten in het hele land. Functiebeschrijving: Voor DJI zijn wij op zoek naar een Administratief medewerker Outreach (16-36 uur per week) Wat ga je doen: Als Administratief Medewerker Zorg ben jij de spin in het web voor team Outreach. Hierin ondersteun je in de administratieve en representatieve werkzaamheden zowel binnen het team als tijdens bezoeken bij ketenpartners. Daarnaast ben jij in staat om snel zelfstandig te werken, stressbestendig, snel kan omschakelen, prioriteiten stellen en initiatief nemen. Dit maakt dat jij een onmisbare schakel bent voor jouw collega’s binnen de FPC Oostvaarderskliniek. De werkzaamheden zijn zeer gevarieerd en dat is juist waar jij jouw werkplezier uithaalt. - Denk hierbij aan het volledig maken van verschillende formulieren in het patiëntendossier - Het klaarzetten van BHP’s - Het notuleren van overleggen intern en bij ketenpartners Daarnaast heb je een belangrijke rol in risicomanagement, want je zet ICT controles uit, waarbij jij voor ketenpartners het gezicht van de OVK bent en bij patiënten devices ophaalt in het hele land. Eisen -Dienstverband: ZZP (of detachering) - Minimaal mbo-4 diploma secretaresse opleiding met afgeronde medische module; - Je hebt ervaring met administratieve en secretariële werkzaamheden; - Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met contact met behandelteams; - Je bent in bezit van rijbewijs A of B en vind het niet erg om te reizen; - Je bent beschikbaar om op donderdagen te werken.
